As a Kimball Midwest Regional Sales Manager…

You will complete our initial field sales training program, allowing you to become familiar with our market strategy, our products, and your region.

You will grow your region through recruiting, hiring, and developing sales managers, allowing you to hand-pick your team.

You will be empowered to develop your sales managers, personally coaching them through their recruiting and management efforts in the field.

You will take the lead in strategic planning for your region using your knowledge of the region and professional experience.

You will enjoy the freedom of managing your time and working independently from your home office and calendaring your own schedule.

With our extensive training and support, you will ensure your team exhibits detailed product knowledge when assessing customers’ needs and offering solutions from our catalog of over 55,000 maintenance, repair, or operations products.

You will fulfill our Two-Customer Philosophy working hand-in-hand with full support from the internal team to ensure your customers receive the exceptional service Kimball Midwest is known for and that your region is managed smoothly.
