Pulmonology/Sleep Medicine Physician – Everett, WA
The Everett Clinic (part of Optum) is looking for a full-time Pulmonology/Sleep Medicine physician to join our tenured team in Everett, Washington. You will join a thriving practice of 9 physicians and nurse practitioners that continues to grow. Our multi-specialty group is physician lead and comprised of more than 600 exceptional primary care and specialty providers. Caring. Connecting, Growing together.
Our dedicated team treats a variety of Pulmonary and Sleep concerns and are not Pulmonary/Sleep responsible for critical care coverage in the hospital. As a clinician, you are surrounded by a dedicated support team, allowing you to focus on your clinic practice.
Practice Highlights
- Option for 4-day work week
- $40,000 starting bonus + relocation
- No Critical Care coverage
- 18-20 patients per-day

Required Qualifications:
- Board certified in Pulmonology at the time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine
- Board eligible in Sleep Medicine at time of employment
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $317,883 to $505,629 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
