This Hand Surgeon will be joining a tenured and well-respected team of hand surgeons, physician assistants, and hand therapists.

Position Highlights:

  • 4-Day Work Week
  • Surgeon would be joining a busy practice of 6 existing hand surgeons
  • Position is replacing a hand surgeon partner retiring in 2024.
  • Walk into a robust Hand practice with built-in referral base
  • Largest Primary Care base in the region
  • We also receive a large volume of referrals from Everett Clinic Urgent Care, Neurology, Sports Medicine, Rheumatology, and Occupational Medicine
  • Integrated Hand Therapy Services co-located with physician offices
  • The Everett Clinic currently operates two ambulatory surgery centers, with a third opening in 2024
  • Option to perform minor surgery in Clinic Procedure Room
  • Comprehensive Imaging in building - X-ray, CT, MRI
  • PAs to assist with pre-ops, post-ops, and consults.
  • Dedicated MA and an experienced team of RNs for support
  • EPIC EMR
  • Great Peer-to-Peer support

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain.
  • Current DEA certificate required prior to start date.
  • BC/BE SPECIALTY
  • Current BLS, ACLS certification prior to start date.
  • EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred
  • Fellowship training in Hand Surgery

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $517,290 to $805,900 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
