What this job involves
As a Finance Manager for JLLT, you will work alongside other finance leaders across the organization to drive outcomes that will improve efficiency and reduce the cost structure for the overall JLL business. You will be responsible for developing product P&Ls and partnering with business lines as a key leader representing the JLLT business. In addition, you will oversee annual budgeting, planning, and performance benchmarking, strategic analytics, and reporting to JLLT Finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead construction of complex financial models for leadership in support of strategic initiatives
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and monitor performance metrics to enable faster, smarter decision making in a rapidly evolving environment.
Develop and support operational strategies of the business.
Continuously improve the existing rhythms of the business to improve business/finance partnership, examining current processes, retooling existing mechanisms, and building new processes and mechanisms to best support business partners in the delivery of their goals.
Proactively identify areas to simplify or scale, and influence other teams to collaborate to build solutions.
Develop and manage project governance plans, project schedules, success criteria, project milestones, and delivery.
Partner closely with controllership to ensure accounting policies are followed and maximized to drive value.
Regularly partner with finance functional partners in FP&A, tax, treasury, FinOps and business operations to ensure compliance and allow for timely structuring and integration of key business developments and changes.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 6-8 years of progressive accounting, analysis, and operating experience. MBA preferred.
Experience serving as the strategic lens for finance & strategic operations in both start-up environments and within a large tech firm.
Core involvement in strategic decision making associated with business operations, planning, and other critical finance initiatives.
Proficiency in processes and controls, and financial modelling from scratch.
Command of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) performance results along with issues and their resolution to finance and business leadership.
Be a thought leader with strong interpersonal, consensus-building, and leadership skills in a collaborative setting.
High comfort level interacting with and influencing executive-level professionals and acting as the "face" of the finance organization to the leadership team.
Superior project management skills in a constantly changing environment.
Creative problem solver who can identify and efficiently sort critical information while strategically planning.
Action oriented - establishes and drives the operating plan; hyper organized, can lead across multiple and at times competing demands
Global agility - works effectively across cultures and JLL businesses to establish relationships adapting style and approach as needed; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
