Job Description

As an Ad Tech Analyst your role within our AdTech team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our digital advertising efforts. You'll need to have a basic understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, product development cycles, and ad technology - including but not limited to programmatic ecosystem.

Your main responsibilities will include providing quality assurance (QA) and AdTech assistance across our diverse digital portfolio, which includes platforms like Web, APP, FAST, CTV, and Audio.

You'll work closely with internal teams to identify ad delivery and user experience issues, conduct QA, troubleshoot technical issues, and running reports and analyzing performance data for ad tech and programmatic use cases. While previous experience in digital advertising is preferred, we're also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this field. This role requires a solid understanding of the technical aspects of digital ad tech and operational procedures, which are essential for driving the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams for reporting, QA and troubleshooting
  • Conduct troubleshooting and quality assurance (QA) for ad related products, technology, nd performance across various digital platforms (desktop, mobile, APP, CTV/OTT) utilizing data and reporting
  • Support Sinclair's monetization strategies (Direct Sales & Programmatic)
  • Able to analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues
  • Utilize Google Ad Manager and other tools for running reports and conducting proper QA
  • Document QA test results pre & post launch in collaboration with AdTech team
  • Support Ad Tech and Product team on upcoming platform launches with post launch reporting and analysis
  • Be a liaison with the Ad Tech and Ad Ops team to help identify and resolve tech issues impacting revenue
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ad technology and quality assurance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 1-2 Years of relevant experience in Digital Media is preferred
  • Experience in Google Ad Manager, GA, Edgio, Springserve is preferred
  • Possess a solid grasp of the technical facets of digital ad tech and operational procedures
  • Proficiency in analyzing and resolving delivery issues efficiently, including pulling relevant data through reporting UIs for thorough analysis
  • Working knowledge of debugging tools is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Analytical background with attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Able to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Self-motivated and ability to multitask in different projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solutions-oriented and team player

The base salary for this role is $60,000 to $70,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
