The Senior Recruiter position supports recruiting for clinical and administrative staff positions.

This position reports to the Fred Hutch Talent Acquisition Manager, Clinical.

This role is required to work partially at our campus.

Responsibilities
    Conduct candidate interviews to qualify them within the position requirements and share information on our company, compensation package, position details, and expectations
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing and closing strategies for clinical, administrative, and technical positions
  • Source passive and active candidates for talent pipelines positions, with a focus on diversity
  • Maintain a focus on candidate experience throughout all phases of the recruiting process
  • Participate in both in-person and virtual recruiting events such as college recruiting, industry conferences, and career fairs
  • Capture and maintain complete documentation on candidates' qualifications and status in systems and within compliance guidelines
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and process to make recommendations for improvement
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience with candidate sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders
  • Proficiency sourcing passive candidates
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • High degree of initiative; must be able to work independently, be a self-starter and a strong team player
  • Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • HR Certification
  • Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience

The annual base salary range for this position is from $93,101 to $139,630, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
