Job Description

DEA's Land Development team is currently hiring for a Civil Drafter/Designer in our Puget Sound Region. This position can be located in Woodinville or Everett, WA. A successful candidate will work on public and private sector projects producing site civil plans which include water and sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and site grading. These project's follow various local agency and in-house drafting standards.

Other duties include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate projects with supervisors.
  • Design, prepare and analyze preliminary and final plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
  • Analyze maps, drawings, and as-builts for design projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working on civil drafting / design projects
  • Project experience with Civil 3D and must be able to produce alignments, profiles, corridor modeling, create surfaces, and use pipe networks on your own.
  • Associates degree in a technical discipline is a plus
