Position Summary
The Senior Care Connect Analyst is an excellent senior-level position, serving as a key IT resource for facility implementation, optimization and solutions/support. In this position, you will support the team in assisting organizations with IT activities, second-level support to resolve incidents, and participation in new install, upgrade/SU and/or new module/application testing and implementation.Responsibilities
- You will lead various initiatives linked to assigned technology and/or process improvements
- You will provide incident/issue support through data gathering
- You will work to troubleshoot and resolve Advanced Tier 2 application-specific issue build/fixes
- You will show the ability to complete very complex application build/fixes
- You will apply advanced knowledge in at least one Epic module
Requirements
- BA/BS in computer science/information technology, healthcare administration, or related field; Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Epic Proficiency with Certification level scores within first three (3) months in role
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Professional experience in the information services and/or health care industries
- Epic Application Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $111,987.00 - $156,208.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
