We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineering Project Manager (Marine/Waterfront) to join our team. You will be working on exciting infrastructure projects across the marine market sector, along with our highly professional team that provides technical expertise, design leadership, project management, and specialized engineering expertise.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage projects with design partners and clients
  • Participate in business development opportunities, including writing proposals
  • Develop and implement design best practices in areas of expertise, in addition, to ensuring conformance with all applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
  • Perform forecasting, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting for assigned project(s)
  • Perform tasks on projects requiring a broad and deep knowledge of the field of marine infrastructure
  • Prepare construction drawings, engineering reports, memoranda, and other documents, such as technical specifications
  • Oversee construction administration activities along with performing site inspections and other tasks as required

On top of that, you will have:

  • A Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering
  • A Professional Engineer (P.E.) License, along with a minimum of 10 years of previous related experience in marine/waterfront structural design, construction, inspection, and rehabilitation
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management and as a technical leader with a proven ability to prepare proposals and review agreement terms
  • Efficient written and verbal communication skills combined with great interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Base compensation: $130,000 to $171,000 for Oakland and Seattle locations only. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education, experience, skill set, and location.
