As the Senior Manager for the Product Management Center of Excellence (CoE) in the Office of the CIO, you will play a critical role in defining the product management ecosystem and improving practices within the Adobe Technology Services (ATS) organization. Your responsibilities include leading all aspects of the CoE's operational activities, ensuring strong communication and collaboration with all partners, and encouraging a community of practice among product managers. This position strives to steer ATS towards a more product-centric operational model and elevate our product management maturity. We are looking for a multifaceted leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to continuous improvement and adaptation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily operation of CoE, ensuring activities align with our strategic goals and achieve our target objectives and key results
  • Act as a liaison between product management leaders, cross-functional teams, and executives, ensuring the alignment of CoE initiatives with business goals.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for CoE engagements.
  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of various CoE initiatives, ensuring landmarks are met and results are completed.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improvement of product management best practices and standards, providing ongoing socialization, coaching, and mentoring to product managers.
  • Implement and manage governance processes to maintain consistent product delivery standards and quality.
  • Drive the adoption of CoE practices across the organization through effective organisational change strategies.
  • Evaluate CoE performance using predefined important metrics and report findings to senior management.
  • Assist the CoE head in strategic planning and execution of CoE roadmaps.

Qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field. MBA is a great bonus!
  • Minimum 7 years in product management roles. If you've also dabbled in program and transformation management, that's a plus!
  • Minimum 5 years in leadership roles, particularly leading product teams or CoE teams.
  • Proficiency in product management methodologies across the Product Lifecycle.
  • Proven success in engaging stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading without formal authority
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a heavy workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in facilitating change management and driving organizational adoption.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $123,200 -- $266,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
