Job Summary

This position is responsible for scoping, ongoing administration, and participating in training on the nCino application and Salesforce platform. These applications are used to control our Commercial Loan and Treasury production lifecycle, service request lifecycle, as well as manage prospects, campaigns, loans, deposit, business relationships, partners, and contacts. This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce and other workflow-based technologies and software used throughout the enterprise. We are continuously growing and improving the product. Our level of engagement has and will continue to expand on the Salesforce platform.

Along with the key functions listed below, each position will be expected to uphold the value that Washington Federal places on simply being nice when servicing our colleagues and WF clients.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

    Perform administration of the bank's Salesforce instance and security settings using the standard aspects of the Salesforce Setup menu.
  • Manage the loan and treasury life cycle and the nCino application implemented on the Salesforce platform.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve end user problems in a manner that exemplifies the bank's high standards of customer service.
  • Work in an Agile environment involving product owners, program managers, business analysts, internal customers, fellow nCino Admins, and partners.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity.
  • Trouble shoot errors to resolution in the system. Resolve issues in a timely manner using a ticketing system.
  • Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Configure flows, SOQL, maintain apex coding, complete bulk imports of data.
  • Collaborate with internal customers that use the tool. Seek out solutions to business processes and issues.
  • Collaborate with the departments in the bank. IT, Data teams, Loan Officers, Credit Analysts, Coordinators, Credit Officers, Loan Processors, and Audit.
  • Be involved in the Salesforce and nCino communities by recommending best practices, championing new ideas, and keeping current with new technologies that support a digital first experience.
  • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they related to the various applications.
  • Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the applications to support additional business processes or functions.
  • Participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems or other applications as the opportunities arise.
  • Work with 3rd Party vendors.
  • Work with a small dynamic nCino Admin team to configure and design objects, fields, fields sets, approval processes, form generation.
  • Attend meetings on time and participate willingly.
  • Help deliver training and communication to business users.
  • Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new vendor application extensions or updates to existing applications.
  • Involved in orienting, training others, and assisting team members with task completion and workload over run as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong overall technical background.
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of workflow applications including Salesforce.
  • 1-3 years' experience in an enterprise IT role or technical related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent work experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification*
  • Proficiency in data manipulation (Excel or other related data manipulation tools).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that involve internal and external contacts regarding complex policies, procedures, or programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to set priorities and deadlines within the general department direction.
  • Requires considerable independent judgement, investigation, developing original concepts, interpretation of information or coordination with others with substantial impact.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that encourages productive interactions with clients, colleagues, and leadership.
  • Continuous satisfactory job performance.

*Salesforce Administrator Certification- Must be attained within 12 months of job description signature or 6 months from completion of training program & timeline approved by the bank.
