Position Overview

The Traffic Manager, Creative will be part of a growing creative community at Stanley and will be on point for ensuring the day-to-day operations of all requests in the creative team's queue are running seamlessly and according to schedule. The Traffic Manager position is for the creative problem solver who facilitates process, prioritization, and execution of multiple and concurrent creative projects for the Stanley Brand Creative Team! You are a strategic thinker and expert communicator who collaborates closely with internal marketing, sales, ecommerce, and product teams as well as external resources to ensure creative project success from intake to delivery.

This is a hybrid role based in our Seattle, WA offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the request queue including vetting of creative briefs, while crafting project schedules, and assigning specific tasks.
  • Facilitate the creative review process by ensuring that work is routed and reviewed by stakeholders in accordance with their due dates in the project schedule to avoid delays in the timeline.
  • Keep close tabs on the creative queue to ensure that nothing is falling behind or has fallen off of the radar.
  • Build and manage timelines, anticipate roadblocks, communicate delays, and find solutions to challenges ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with creative team members and project stakeholders to proactively clarify ambiguous project requirements, deliverables, and dates.
  • Actively manage, negotiate, and communicate the expectations of creative project stakeholders and creative team members and facilitate the prioritization of competing needs.
  • Assist creative team members in tracking down necessary information from project stakeholders for anything they may have questions on regarding their projects.
  • Facilitate project meetings, if necessary - updates, kickoffs, creative reviews.
  • Ensure that brief templates and deliverables lists templates are prepared for upcoming campaigns and ready for cross-functional teams to complete their inputs.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience working within creative and or design organizations.
  • Critical thinker with a proactive mindset, able to see around corners and anticipate potential roadblocks offering timely solutions to ensure project success.
  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative while working independently as needed.
  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.

Salary Range:
$68,000-$78,000

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
