SET THE COURSE

The Project Manager for Supply Chain will work closely with IT, cross-functional business partners and the PMO team to lead and manage key implementation projects associated with upgrading and improving Tommy Bahama's Supply Chain technology. This role involves managing multiple integrated projects, and working with a range of vendors and technologies, to deliver new Supply Chain capabilities, including, but not limited to, warehouse management, enterprise resource planning (ERP), inventory management and order fulfillment.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

  • Own the definition, documentation and prioritization of business requirements for new initiatives to ensure projects meet business needs and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain the overall Project Plan to manage the resources and activities to the schedule and provide leadership a clear line of site on the project timeline

  • Drive functional and technical requirements collection and prioritization with business partners and/or internal resources

  • Manage the work of project resources to ensure successful project execution (both internal and external resources, including third-party vendors)

  • Own meeting agendas, schedules and outcomes

  • Provide regular project updates with the Core Team, Extended Business Groups, and Leadership

  • Define, manage and execute project quality standards and user testing

  • Identify system user training needs; design, manage and oversee delivery of user training

  • Create functional and operational documentation and transition to IT operational support teams

  • Facilitate and execute project retrospectives

  • Provide ongoing monitoring of the project budget; review, approve and track vendor invoices

  • Oversee the Change Control process for any changes / adjustments to overall project scope

  • Work closely with technology infrastructure team to detect, diagnose and remediate production issues

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

  • Bachelor's Degree in IS, Business, or equivalent experience

  • PMP Certification is a plus

  • Generally, 6+ years of progressive IT project management experience

  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, Supply Chain/Logistics, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications

  • Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools like MS Project or equivalent

  • Experience working as the technical project manager overseeing the work of technical resources (software vendors, developers, functional analysts and IT staff)

  • Experience in multiple business channel companies or the retail apparel industry a plus

  • Experience working with Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet a plus

  • SQL/Python experience a plus

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: $ 98,670.00 - $164,450.00 USD salaried
