Job/Internship Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated intern to join our Global Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our team's operations. Your primary duties will include collecting, analyzing, and publishing data as well as supporting our leaders with special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Purchase Order (PO) Process and track the status of invoices through payment.
  • Collaborate closely with financial leads within the Global Operations team to gain a comprehensive understanding of and to document current financial processes.
  • Support our Broadcast Engineer/Meeting Planner as needed; coordinate meeting schedules, log meeting specifications, and manage the recording of virtual meetings where required.
  • Track all projects across U.S. Facilities.
  • Assist with creation of new updated portfolio dashboard and real estate reporting.
  • Assist with general facility management services, including ongoing monitoring and maintenance of facility infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to interact with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, contingent workers, and colleagues
