What does a Unattended Retail Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?

In this role, you will be the liaison between the Retail Vending & Sales Teams in your area. You will be responsible for managing the drivers, and will have the opportunity to staff, train, evaluate, and develop your team members, helping ensure the efficient distribution of our great-tasting products to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the effective & efficient distribution of product
  • Adhere to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage drivers within a specific territory
  • Manage driver's delivery schedule and hours worked
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Manage and audit team member's timekeeping
  • Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies company MVR policy
  • 1-3 years of experience in consumer products / direct store delivery required
  • Experience managing people/ budgets required
  • Intermediate computer database application skills
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations
  • 1+ years supervising distribution/ delivery staff preferred
  • CDL A preferred
Base pay range is $74,460 to $97,729 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
