Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic DTC eCommerce Program Manager to lead our Product Customization program. This role is crucial in running and maintaining our customization program's success, ensuring consumer needs are put first and evolving the program over the years to come. You will collaborate with the DTC Team, Product, and IT Project Managers, Commercial, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of Stanley Create Customization program for stanley1913.com, including integrating new products, cohesive color launches, support of forecasting and operations, and ongoing optimization of the IT integrations the program leverages to achieve success.
  • Forge strong partnerships with IT and Supply Chain Project Managers to ensure the program's roadmap is clearly communicated and understood.
  • Work with Marketing and Creative to integrate program/s into activation plans that are largely supported year-round.
  • Ensure product line lists are up to date and forecasts clearly support the financial ambitions of the program and supported marketing efforts.
  • Clearly communicate program performance with insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Communicate shifts in product availability across all marketing channels, ensure onsite copy and creative needs are met, and all results required for go-live are delivered on time and in full.
  • Partner with and identify opportunities for demand planning to elevate program further and ensure proper management of weeks of supply.
  • Keep pulse on program operations and clearly communicates risk to consumer timelines to DTC team for messaging purposes.


Who You Are

  • Deep experience in program or project management.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape, including merchandising, supply chain, and digital marketing channels. As well as ecommerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively across multiple teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis, deriving insights from performance metrics to inform future strategies.


Education and Experience

  • 5+ years working in an eCommerce/direct to consumer environment
  • 3+ years in website operations, merchandising, and operations.
  • Deep understanding of merchandise planning and how to deliver an outstanding digital consumer experience.
  • Strong project and program management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical skills; prior experience combining data from various sources and distilling actionable insights.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus or a comparable eCommerce platform.
  • Experience with Product Customization programs.


Salary Range

$110,000 - $120,000

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
