Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic DTC Ecommerce Go-to-Market Project Manager to lead our go-to-market activations for new products, colors, commercial moments, and collaborations. This role is critical in running and maintaining our direct-to-consumer channel's presence, ensuring a seamless introduction of our products to the market. You will be the primary connection between DTC and all other organizations at Stanley to ensure the successful launch and promotion of products across all channels.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of bringing products from the physical world into the digital.
  • Lead go-to-market activations on Stanley1913.com, including introduction of new products and colors, commercial moments, and collaborations.
  • Forge strong partnerships with Project Managers to ensure activation plans are clearly communicated and understood, working cross functionally with the Commercial and Supply Chain teams to track product timings and adjust marketing plans as necessary.
  • Ensure product line lists are kept up-to-date and that the go-to-market calendar is proactively supported, establishing a workflow for launching full product families in a cohesive manner.
  • Proactively communicate any shifts in product availability across all marketing channels, support Merchandising with SEO tagging, copy needs, and ensure product information is accurate and ready for go-live.
  • Responsible for writing and delivering creative briefs in collaboration with merchandising to drive site content across all DTC channels.
  • Clearly communicate activation KPIs before each event, and compile insights, recommendations, and performance metrics post-event for ongoing optimization.
  • Identify areas within the calendar that require support from various business functions, working closely with merchandising and analytics teams to maintain healthy weeks of supply.


Who You Are

  • Project Manager. Proven experience in project management
  • Expert. Strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape, including merchandising, supply chain, and digital marketing channels.
  • Communicator. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Organized. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical. Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to derive insights from performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Creative. Creative problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Experienced. Experience with SEO strategies and digital marketing tools. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management systems.


Education and Experience

  • 7+ years working in an eCommerce/direct to consumer environment including 3+ years in website operations, merchandising, and operations.
  • Deep understanding of merchandise planning and how to deliver an outstanding digital consumer experience.
  • Advanced project and program management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical skills; prior experience combining data from various sources and distilling actionable insights.
  • Proficient with Shopify Plus or a comparable eCommerce platform.


Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 annually.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
