Basic Function: In this role, the EM division workflow manager will provide organizational support to all assigned functional areas, branch and section managers, and the division chief.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Information Management
Provide force development expertise to the DAF Emergency Management SME, the Emergency Management Force Development Manager, and Emergency Management Career Field Manager to support Total Force management of the Emergency Management Officer, enlisted, and civilian career fields.
Assist in the management of the AFCEC/CXR active and inactive file plans.
Conduct annual staff assistance actions and liaison with the AFCEC functional area records manager.
Provide organizational skills to include, task management, task priority identification, and suspense management and provide updates to division leadership.
Assist in the management of the Task Management Tool and Division Dashboard for the AFCEC/CXR.
Coordinate, staff, and maintain the AFCEC/CXR's activity reports such as hot topic and weekly/monthly activity reports.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Master's Degree in Disaster/Emergency Management
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
10 years or more CBRN Defense, disaster preparedness, emergency management related field experience and degree required above or 16 years or more CBRN Defense, disaster preparedness, emergency management related field experience and no degree.
Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate Level Excel Skills (Data Entry, Formulas)
Managing active and inactive file plans
Acute attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Willingness to work with constantly changing priorities.
CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Working Conditions: Primarily in an office environment. Will be expected to travel as needed to company sites, and meetings. Periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
