Pay Rate:$21.11 to $32.91 per hour

We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to join our team as a Retail Sales Specialist. Our ideal Retail Sales Specialist is a motivated, outgoing, focused individual who possesses excellent listening and communication skills and can deliver excellent customer service. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed.

Retail Sales Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:
* Open/close store.
* Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
* Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
* Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders.
* Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
* Handle returns of merchandise.
* Processes freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns.
* Maintains organized stock room and store inventory preparation.
* Prepares and processes store orders for customers.
* Identifies and reports safety and housekeeping issues.
* Restock store when necessary.
* Routinely cleans store.
* Reports all customer complaints to Store Manager.
* Follows all companies' policies and procedures.

Retail Sales Specialist Requirements and Skills:
* 5+ years of sales experience or customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written skills.
* Ability to maintain professional appearance.
* Maintains a positive and professional attitude.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
* Strong organizational skills.

Pay Details: $21.11 to $30.00 per hour
