DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Supervises assigned team(s), monitors performance and provides necessary support and guidance
  • Coordinates with upper management on performance/conduct issues
  • May track departmental analytical data and trends
  • Facilitates the development, implementation, and adherence of test plans and procedures.
  • Identifies, documents and analyzes process changes for increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Authors and publishes procedures and policies within the area of responsibility, or as assigned.
  • Monitors, evaluates and maintains performance metrics ensuring quality, cost, efficiency, safety, and process improvements to planned targets are achieved.
  • Analyzes staffing trends to ensure strategies align with business needs.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
  • Acts as a liaison with other departments regarding business functions related to product testing.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • Five years or project leadership experience.
  • Minimum two years of people management experience required.
  • Exemplary communication skills, analytical skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of test methodologies, process, and tools
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience & education.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $102,500 - $164,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
