Job Description
Pay: $58000 - $70000 / year
Schedule: M-F; 8a-5p (on-site)
Location: Redmond, WA | Meta Campus

This position requires a combination of administrative skills and physical labor. Our ideal candidate will assist in building and moving furniture, tool assembly, and additional physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
Escort and assist visitors, contractors, and vendors throughout the facility.

Coordinate and schedule administrative tasks, including meetings, appointments, and vendor work.

Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and requests.

Manage inventory and supplies, including procurement and reordering.

Collaborate with vendors for services such as cleaning, landscaping, and facility repairs.

Assist with the implementation of sustainability initiatives and waste management programs.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and perform regular safety inspections.

Support emergency preparedness efforts.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to facility operations.

Move and assemble large equipment of 50lbs.

Minor building or infrastructure repairs.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in facilities coordination or a similar administrative role.

Able to lift and carry items ranging from boxes and furniture that will reach 50lbs.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in facilities management or related field is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.

Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of basic facilities management principles and practices.

Basic understanding of industry terms.
