ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders to determine requirements and features.Leverage subject-matter expertise of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items.Design and develop high quality secure and compliant solutions.Act as an expert Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on-call to monitor for degradation, downtime, or interruptions in service and process and resolve arising issues in timely manner. Guide other DRIs when appropriate.Actively engage with partners across multiple organizations and geographies.
