Summary: The location of this work is at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The nature of this work is to provide visual media support. Providing support services to the Directorate of Training and Doctrine/Learning Technology Division/Instructional Multimedia Solutions Branch.

Job Description:

• Design and produce graphics in support training development courseware.

• Provide technical knowledge and expertise on computer graphics, digital photography, videos, animations, sequencing, and audio/visual effects in various authoring and software packages.

• Develop graphic user interfaces and designs illustrations for digital applications.

• Use creative techniques to produce stimulating multimedia-based educational materials for adult learners.

• Develop technology based instructional programs, training manuals and instructor guides.

• Design products using a variety of mediums including video, print, broadcast, teleconferencing, and electronic means.

• Interface with users to determine scope of project and best medium.

• Interface with agency and technical staff to assure quality products delivered on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

• Possess excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

• Be capable of learning and utilizing current and emerging military and commercial technology.

• Be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and incorporated programs to include Excel,
  PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access and be able to troubleshoot basic computer hardware and software required for services being provided under each individual task order.

• Experience with all multi-media devices.

• Experienced in original illustration as well as using stock photos and clip art.

Required Qualifications:

• Multimedia development tools (Adobe Suite, Video Editing, 2D and 3D graphics, vector illustrations, and animations - motion graphics)

• Level III-Technical Certificate, Associates Degree and/or Bachelor degree and 10+ years of experience.
