Wage Range: $140,982 - $211,494 per year
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.
The Eastside Neuroscience Institute at Overlake Medical and EvergreenHealth is seeking a full-time Neurosurgical PA (1.0) to support our expanding service line. Join our dedicated team in providing exceptional neurosurgical care. This position will work closely with expert neurosurgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Essential job duties include:
Responsible for supporting attending providers with the following essential job duties:
Perform new consults, post operative visits and nonoperative follow-up visits including, not limited to:
- Taking patient history, monitoring therapies, placing orders, completing physicals.
- Participate in hospital rounds with attending surgeons.
- Manage care of patients in collaboration with the attending surgeons.
- Triage patient in ED/Acute Care patients.
- Educate patients and families as appropriate.
- Complete appropriate documentation.
- Complete patient discharges including home instructions, follow-up, and home prescriptions.
- Perform bedside procedures within scope of care.
- Serve as first assist to the physicians in the operating room and neurointerventional suite.
- Participate in neurosurgical patient care conferences.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Participate in call rotations with other team members.
Education and Experience Required:
- Certified Physician Assistant
- Current WA PA license
- Two years of neurosurgery experience
- Current DEA
The role will be shared between our Bellevue Campus and Kirkland Campus as part of Eastside Neuroscience Institute.
