Overview

Verathon is looking for a Marketing Coordinator II. In that role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Marketing Communications team and our overall Marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans, focusing on regulatory approval, compliance adherence, documentation management, and various marketing activities to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

You will report to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Communications and will be based at our headquarters in Bothell, WA.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate with the Manager on team projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating content submissions.
* Manage and maintain marketing-related documentation in Master Control.
* Assist in leads management and organization for the marketing team.
* Coordinate and assist with planning, communication, and logistics for medical conferences and events.
* Collaborate on social media account management, content creation, and engagement.
* Oversee email marketing campaigns, including copy creation, distribution, and performance monitoring.
* Create and execute marketing deliverables and collaborate on program development and execution.
* Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role
* Proven organizational, planning and project/product management skills.
* Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong skills working in MS Office suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint.
* Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
* Collaborator and team player with a positive attitude
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
* Interest in learning more about medical marketing

Salary range - $68,243 - $97,148 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range

Full-time non-sales employees are eligible for Verathon's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
